You usually need chain drives in 24V design when it comes to SHEV systems. SHEV control panels operate with 24V/DC at the output, but can output up to 28V (two 12V lead gel batteries fully charged have nominally 27.6V). SHEV-compatible drives - this applies to all types - must be able to cope with this voltage. You can recognize this, for example, in the technical data by "SHEV suitable: Yes" or in the information on the voltage supply. This is then usually 24V/DC -10% +20%. With a few exceptions, all of the SHEV drives we offer are SHEV-compatible.
